The Town Center's downtown district serves El Dorado Hills, Western El Dorado County and surrounding areas with a broad mix of uses within an entertainment and recreational atmosphere.

The Town Center will encompass nearly 2.5 million square feet of commercial buildings fashioned in a European style typified by the Tuscan Old World Village. The Town Center is being developed to serve the El Dorado Hills community and to provide an employment base and regional retail services to western El Dorado County.
